  1. How do I schedule a COVID-19 test?
    • Visit: www.DoINeedaCOVID19test.com
    • Click on the blue “Register” button
    • Look for the box “New Users Sign-Up Here” and click “Register” button
    • Provide your demographic information and enter a username and password in order to schedule an appointment. Write down your username and password as this information is required to obtain test results.
    • Once you create a username and password, enter your zip code and respond to the brief set of health questions. The closest drive-through testing sites will be listed.
    • Finally, select the date, time and location to schedule the appointment for your test.

  2. How do I access results?
    You will receive an email when your test results are available.

    • Click on the blue “Get Results” button
    • In the box titled “Returning Users”, You must use the same username and password that you used to schedule your appointment.

  3. I’ve forgotten my username and/or password. How do I change my username and/or password?

    • You will see “Forgot username?” and “Forgot password?”

  4. How long does it take to obtain a test result?
    • It usually takes between 3 and 5 business days from the date the test was administrated to get a result. As soon as a test result is available, you will receive an email asking you to log on to www.DoINeedaCOVID19test.com to obtain your test results. Test results cannot be given over the telephone due to privacy concerns.

  5. It’s been longer than 5 business days and I still haven’t received my test result. What should I do?
    • Please complete the form below. Be sure to include your name, date of birth and test site location.

  6. I made a mistake filling out the information. How can I update my profile?

  7. How do I signup to be retested?
    • Visit: www.DoINeedaCOVID19test.com
    • Click on the blue “Register” button
    • In the box titled “Returning Users”, You must use the same username and password that you used to schedule your appointment.
    • You will have the ability to schedule another test.

  8. What if I am unable to complete a self-swab?
    • If you are unable to perform the self-swab yourself, please bring someone with you who can complete the test for you. On-site staff is not available to perform the swab process, only to observe.

  9. What if I can’t make the appointment time?
    • Take your voucher the next day to the same testing site.

  10. What if the site closes due to inclement weather?
    • Take your voucher to the same site the next day that it is open for testing. Your voucher is only valid for the location you originally selected.

  11. What type of test is this?
    • We are collecting a specimen for a molecular laboratory analysis to show current COVID-19 infection. This is a diagnostic SARS CoV-2 PCR test. The test is not an antibody test.

  12. Can children be tested?
    Yes, children can be tested. However age requirements for children vary by testing site.

    The parent can register the child and sign the consent form onsite. Please note that each individual must have their own unique voucher ID. Voucher numbers cannot be "shared" by two people.

Thank you for your interest in providing additional sample collection sites at your pharmacy, church, workplace, etc. We totally understand your desire to offer testing to your populations. eTrueNorth is contracted through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to partner with selected retail partners. The specific sites are selected by HHS. eTrueNorth does not have the ability to add testing locations.
